The first Lithuanian envelopes and postcards are on philatelic exhibition

Vilnius Main Post Office holds the second philatelic exhibition prepared by Jonas Načiūnas, one of the most famous Lithuanian philatelists. The three philatelic collections are shown at the event – “Lithuanian stamps on the letters”, “Lithuanian prepaid philatelic items”, and “Lithuanian envelopes”. Besides the first Lithuanian prepaid envelopes, postcards and aerogrammes, the exhibition visitors also can see the examples of envelope printing defects as well as those of letters with Lithuanian stamps of various denomination and publication year stuck to them. More than a few hundred philatelic exhibits are shown at the exhibition that will be open until 6 April.
